I'm whelmed these days  with so much going on
and then i remember to pause,
to breathe, to relax my shoulders
and something magical happens--
I lighten up.

Ga, hed, do it now. Pause, breathe,
relax the shoulders.

Ah, let's all lighten up and slow it
down a notch. The old saying,
"Stop and smell the roses," might
sound corny today but it's real
and has meaning.

I'd LOVE to hear from you. Please
write so I can have you as my pen
pal. Let me know how you're doing.
Just a few lines of what you're
manifesting and attracting and
something else magical will happen..
omeone will read your words and
they'll pause, breathe, relax their
shoulders and suddenly they'll lighten.

What's the difference between a wise one
and a wise ass? A wise one knows when
to shut up.....going now....as always
I wish you peace, Elaine:p

Hello Elaine!
I enjoyed your post. The question on manifesting is interesting to ponder. We have a tendancy to think we are manifesting one or two things...the things we are concentrating upon the most at the moment. The truth is that we have been and will continue to manifest 24/7 and it is everything thing we think about, everything we say, and every action we take.
As we awaken to our ability to co-create with GOD, interesting changes begin to take place. For me personally, I have become aware of the power of my every thought, word, and deed. Where I used to be careless, I AM now aware of the moment I have put something out to the universe that is less than I AM. You better bet I am erasing that big blackboard like crazy.

We also become more aware of the things we have manifested in our lives. I have manifested two different jobs in two different cities, my house, my car and the spiritual activities I am involved in. I also manifested the man of my dreams and learned the value of being very clear with what I want since I failed to include "single" on my list of qualities. I have manifested my own poor health and upon recongnizing it, turned it back into good health.

I have also recognized that it is in giving that we receive so I concentrate upon my thought, words, and deeds being aimed at the collective, knowing and trusting that I will receive what I want manifested for every being.
What I AM manifesting NOW is Divine Enlightenment, Unconditional Love, and Abundant Prosperity for every person on the face of this earth. Through these thoughts, words, and actions, I trust that my divine purpose will be fulfilled and that my life IS and WILL BE everything I desire.
Happy Manifesting Elaine! ;)
