Hello everybody, I am 14 years old football player. I am 5’2” tall and 132 pounds in weight. I am a vegetarian. I eat a lot of salads. I would like to loose my weight. I need an exact diet. Please don’t say I’m too young and I don’t need a diet. I need the good/bad specific foods I should/shouldn’t eat. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know your helpful diet plan.
