:eek: When we are running around like chickens with our heads cut off, it is important to remember the most basic unit of life force, our breath. My yoga teacher, Tama Soble, points out the ridiculous belief (that we all catch ourselves in when we are completely stressed out) that we don't even have enough time to take three deep breaths.:confused:

:cool: Time alone, to be quiet with our thoughts, to tune into what is really going on in our bodies is extremely beneficial. Yet, many of us feel more pressured by the urgent than the important. It is crucial for us to create reminders and space in our lives to take time out for ourselves.

(1)What daily, weekly, monthly and even seasonal spaces could you put into place to create more quiet, reflective
time in your life?

(2)What are some visual reminders that you could you place in your environment to remind you to take time out?
