Over the past few weeks we have been talking about giving up the sugar addiction. During Angels 101 this afternoon, we discussed the ways that angels can help us change our addictive patterns.
Consider any addictive behaviours that you would like to release. It doesn't have to be a food addiction, it could just as easily be an addiction to gossip or an addiction to drama.
Sit in a comfortable upright position and imagine that the addictive items or situations are sitting in your lap. As they sit on your lap notice the cords of attachment (they look like etheric tree roots) that extend from you to your choice addiction.
Call on Archangel Raphael, the healing angel to cut the cords of attachment to the addictive behaviour or thing. As Raphanel cuts the cords, notice the items falling away from you.
After the cords are cut, allow yourself to be surrounded by Archangel Raphael's healing green energy. All anxiety and emptiness is replaced with Raphael's healing energy
