A phenomenal show with Rich Litvin on how to unveil your natural confidence. We've completely upturned the whole idea of what confidence is. Excuse me while I just rotate the world right-side up here....

There.

So...Rich is a Success Coach, an awesome 'confidence guy' (in the good way!) with clients on three continents and he offers a range of programs to help people develop "natural confidence". Rich talked about how he is giving away free "Instant Confidence" sessions, which are his way of giving back to the world. He has undertaken a challenge to offer 1000 free "Instant Confidence" sessions by Dec 2009. To get one...Find him on www.trulyrich.org

Thanks Elese - the show was fun and if any of your listeners have questions around "natural confidence" they can post them here on the forum or email me directly through my website www.trulyrich.org

Anyone who is interested to learn more about some of the concepts or ideas I talked about in today's show may wish to check out:

* Paul McKenna's book, "Instant Confidence: The Power to Go for Anything You Want" http://tinyurl.com/PaulMcKennaConfidenceBook
* Malcom Gladwell's new book "Outliers - The Story of Success" http://www.gladwell.com/outliers/index.html
* and Kaizen, the Japanese strategy of continuous incremental improvements http://lifehacker.com/software/kaizen/practice-your-personal-kaizen-207029.php

And finally, as I said on the show, "natural confidence" isn't about how you "BE" confident or "fake" confidence, its remembering that confidence is a result...

When you are doing what you love and you are taking tiny risks every day, you will create a life that is fun, you'll feel more motivated, and you WILL be more successful ;)

Wow! I have had such good feedback from your listeners. I have posted a bunch of their comments here: What My Clients Say (http://trulyrich.org/clientFeedback.html)

My goal this year was to offer 1,000 Instant Confidence sessions for free - as I usually only work with a small number of elite clients who pay upwards of $700/hour to work with me - for most people, this is a rare opportunity to work with me directly.

This year almost 300 people have experienced a one-on-one Instant Confidence session with me. I have coached people across the globe from Bulgaria, Ethiopia, Portugal, Algeria, England, Holland, Spain, Norway, Hong Kong and Australia and across the USA from Hawaii to New Jersey!

Your listeners can book a session now by clicking here: YES - I Want More Confidence! (http://my.timedriver.com/YGCXC)

NEWS Update - I am Interviewing The World's Most Confident People!

Hey Elese - 2009 is turning out to be more fun than I imagined. My single goal this year sure does light me up! It is to interview "The World's Most Naturally Confident People"...

I am interviewing a very select group of people, including a range of internationally recognized names. I have already interviewed a stand-up comedian who was just in a movie with Angelina Jolie; one of the world's most successful hypnotists; and a success coach who works with some of Hollywood's biggest stars.

I am excited to have scheduled an interview with Steve Pavlina, the creator of the world's largest personal development website www.stevepavlina.com - which has 2 million visitors a month. I also have interviews scheduled with an Olympic medalist; the founder of a large British charity; an Oscar-winning film producer; and a real-life James Bond who spends his life testing security systems by breaking into banks. He told me that he knew he was confident the first time he stole a BILLION dollars!

My intention is to interview Richard Branson before the year is over...

My question to your listeners is:
What are the THREE top questions you would like to ask the world's most confident people?
Write to me at my website (tell me you heard me on Elese's show) and I'll send you one of these interviews for free

Hey Elese - here's a quick update...

I'm currently in Beijing, China as I travel the globe to interview
The World's Most Confident People.

I am currently researching and writing the book Secrets of the
World's Most Confident People. And I am interviewing the
Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women and those on their way...

Some of the incredible women I have interviewed include
Marci Shimoff who created the Chicken Soup for the
Women's Soul phenomenon and Janet Attwood, a teacher in
The Secret.

Also Christine Comaford, who consults at the White House
and has helped 150 people become millionaires.

I interviewed Sean Stephenson who is three foot tall and
confined to a wheelchair but is a friend of Bill Clinton,
Tony Robbins and Richard Branson and the most
inspirational and confident man I have ever met...

http://musicsnobbery.typepad.com/.a/6a00d8345160c569e200e55290912e8834-350wi

Some of the most fun came interviewing a modern-day
James Bond who is paid to break into banks to test their
security. He told me that he knew he was confident the
first time he stole a BILLION dollars!

And I confess I'm excited to have just been invited to
fly to Europe to interview Andrea Bocelli and Paulo Coelho...

If anyone wants to keep up with my travels (plus the disasters
and heartbrakes along my journey) they can find me here:

All my love, Rich
