Animals provide gifts to each of us everyday in a variety of ways. Many times subtle and other times not. The gifts can range from a lesson in letting go to a gentle reminder that a good play time is healthy. What lessons have animals brought into your life?

The things I learn from animals is to just go with it all, not to worry, take care of needs. Dogs especially teach us to be kind, loving and loyal.

My little ones do so much for me in a variety of ways, but one that jumps out at me first is that my dog Lucky gets me out from behind my desk to get up and take a breather (ie. take her for a walk or play with her in the backyard). If I only listened to her even more!

My furry kids continuely remind me that each day is a new day and all there is is now. They also give me an example of unconditional love, which reminds me to love unconditionally in kind.

Good point Anpaytoo! They are so in the moment. What would it be like if we could greet our friends and loved ones with the same enthusiasm that a dog does? What if we took in everything we see and hear the way the cat does with great curiosity and rarely with fear? What if we moved thru life with the grace and majestic beauty of the horse? I AM inspired this morrning by your words and by my furry kids too!
