Today we discussed needs - what are they? Do you know what yours are? What do you do to fill your needs?
We encourage you to spend some time thinking about your needs. Explore what you already do to help keep you feeling positive. Think about what you can do to further support yourself.
Here are the challenge for this week: Create a list of 3-5 things that fill your needs. Easy things such as drinking a glass of water, taking a nap, listening to positive music, or phoning a supportive friend. These are things you can quickly and easily do, anywhere and anytime, to counter negative influences.
Then, see if you can utilize your list. The next time you encounter a negative situation pull your list out and do something off the list. What happened?
