Hello, may be it's too late to tell you something but anyhow let it be information for those who would like to know.

Goa is famous worldwide for its beaches for various reasons. One of the reason is rave parties, you can enjoy rave parties on many beaches of goa. Party time start in night and will go on till early morning.
You will find beaches in North Goa and also in South Goa. If you are on a few days holidays it will be better for you to visit popular beaches of Goa first and enjoy them, and then you can visit other beaches of Goa.

You will find many Goa Hotels, Resorts and Villas on a walkable distance from beaches, but the rates will be high and also you have to book these hotels, resorts or villas in advance to avoid full-booking. The peak season is from mid-November to mid-March, because of best climate and for New Year, Christmas and Carnival festival.

One of the most famous beach of Goa is the Calangute beach. This beach has been completely commercialized to cater to the needs and wants of the tourists.
