In today's world we overwhelm ourselves, our lives and our family with way too much stuff and expectations. Step back and believe me, I know, it's easier said then done most of the time. Close your eyes (not while driving) and do a mini meditation.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth to the count of eight. Breathe in on eight; hold it for eight and out on eight. The only thing you should be focused on are the numbers as you do this exercise. If you can do it three times consecutively, you'll have put enough energy back into your life to rethink your process. Keep doing this as often as you can to give yourself space...and love. You deserve it.
