Jacob Glass has been speaking on spirituality since 1987. His blended teachings draw from not only from a deep bedrock in A Course In Miracles but also have roots in his own profound practice of the Law of Attraction and Zen and Daoist teachings.
What I love about Jacob is his fearlessness in not only applying his teachings in his own life, but his openness in sharing that journey with others. This is a fantastic exploration of what it takes to really make the push to lift free of your own rampant, sometimes ‘insane’, stress-producing thoughts.
We talk about:
The role of affirmations
Breaking old habits by creating new ones (see Jacob's website for his Happiness Bootcamp)
Writing down your thoughts and questioning them
Jacob is the author of Invocations: Calling Forth the Light That Heals. His lecture schedule is posted on his website.

The books and authors we talked about can be found of Jacob's website, we also talked about The Prosperity Bible - a collection of early writings on metaphysics, the Law of Attraction, and universal principles.
