This week I spend time with Hay House Radio show producer and host of the show ‘Flowdreaming’, Summer McStravick.
Summer has been working with the energetic context of life that she calls The Flow for over a decade. She developed the art of Flowdreaming which is about working with the energies of life in a very practical way. We had a grat show explaining how to Flowdream, talking about how Summer uses Flowdreaming in her life - and also about using Flowdreaming to repattern the past!
