Pioneering psychotherapist Ron Alexander draws on Buddhist mindfulness practices and tools from Positive psychology to teach others how to weather the storms of challenge and upheaval.

His new book, Wise Mind, Open Mind , is offering further insight into what I am dedicated to bringing you each and every time we meet. This time our perspective is "mindstrength," the ability to develop mastery over our thoughts and to transmute our painful emotions. We will look at navigating change; understanding the cycle of crisis, loss and transformation; how mindfulness meditation and creative thinking can build new bridges for positive change.

Of course we undergo change for a reason and the reason is more joy, peace and compassion in your life.

Breathe that in.
