Thumbs up Fear of Change, Fear of Failure

Have you ever wondered why some people can overcome FEAR issues and instances and you are still stuck in the same place? Why they take risks and maybe you are more cautious? Well, let me share with you something...THOSE PEOPLE WHO FACED THEIR FEARS...They walked right up to it and embraced it head on. How did they do it? Let's try doing something right now to get you unstuck: Give this FEAR a name. Yes, name the fear. Now let's take your five senses. SEEING, SMELLING, FEELING, TOUCHING, HEARING 1. How big is this "Fear" or how much does it weigh? 2. What does this "Fear" smell like? 3. What does it sound like....soft, loud, whiny? 4. What does it taste like? 5. What does it feel like?
By doing this exercise you are now clarifying what FEAR is. You are not only acknowledging that it is a part of you, but you are releasing its power over you. Try this and tell me what you learned about yourself.

Default FEAR of Nosies

Hello Sallie this is my very First post on Contact Radio...
was invited by a good Friend Marguerite,

Describing Fear, at any age, is a Fear we each hold at different levels ..... does that make sense ??

For Instance, Young children who Fear Dogs,
& Size does not matter, where does this TERROR & FEAR stem from,
were they told to FEAR Animals, or is it a Past Cell Memory Fear they carried over?
Thank you
Good night, enjoy your weekend

Default Fear

I think that fear can come from so many parts of our lives. It is how the fear affects us as to what we do with fear. Does it allows us to move forward or holds us firm in its grip? A child could fear a dog by its shear size or a child fears an adult by its height or voice. Do we hold onto fear for fearing to fail or to change. How does one overcome it? We must take very small steps and realize that we can walk through this fear only if we have the courage to identify it, see it for what it is and experience all the five senses of the fear. If we do that, it does not hold us powerless. For now we have the power over it!
