"Being on Catherine's radio program, The Wellness Roadshow, was a fabulous experience. She immediately put me at ease with her friendly and insightful manner. Without "scripted" questions our conversation was authentic and organic in its flow and presentation. I had several people tell me, after listening to the program, how powerful and inspirational they found it. We need more radio programs like this -- and more hosts like Catherine willing to open up a natural dialogue about important and relatable topics that make people feel uplifted."
— Melissa Wadsworth, Seattle www.melissawadsworth.com
My interview with Catherine Bradford exceeded my expectations in every way. She was well informed about my body of work, her questions allowed me to explore and share many of my spiritual beliefs, and she listened, carefully, to what I said. I have done hundreds of interviews over the last 2 decades and have grown to expect far less than what I experienced with Catherine. I would make myself available in a heartbeat to do another one with Catherine. Her willingness to open the door to a broader public for authors like myself is priceless.

"Spiriting Around" with author Mark Tomback
Mark Tomback has over 35 years experience, study, and consideration in spiritual matters. And it's always come naturally to him. "Spiriting Around" is a book on practical spirituality. It's not another sea-foam-on-the-beach type book. Its theme is that life's too hard but gets easier when we accept spiritual responsibility. It was written with teens in mind but it's really for anyone. It's a guidebook for growing up. And who couldn't use that - at any age? It describes work and responsible ways to make money. Then love, sex, marriage, friendship, and love for God, all from a spiritual standpoint. Then a unique chapter explains the paradoxes life forces on us as we make the decisions that frame our values. And the last chapter comes full circle and describes God, our future in the world, and what we can do about it.

"Practicing Conscious Living and Dying: Stories of the Eternal Continuum of Consciousness"
with author Annamaria Hemingway
Practicing Conscious Living and Dying is a collection of powerful and throught-provoking real life stories that illustrate how each of the individiuals concerned had come to understand death. They teach us that the preciousness of life much be lived with a sense of purpose and meaning, as a celebration of existence. Each contributor has actively engaged with someone dying, and now they give us their personal accounts of near-death experiences and after-death communication, which also addresses timeless questions and help expand our limited awareness of the nature of consciousness. Author Annamarie Hemingway leds us,through her stories into a place of inspiration and spiritual uplifting, as well as providing us all with hope and strength to the dying and dereaved, offering compelling evidence for the possible continuum of consciouness after the death of our physical body.

"Serpent of the Light" with author
Drunvalo Melchizedek
In "Serpent of the Light" author Drunvale Melchizedek explains and explores how every 13,000 years on Earth a sacred and secret event takes place that changes everything. Mother Earth's Kundalini energy emerges from its resting place in the planet's core and moves like a snake across the surface of our world. Once at home in ancient Lemuria, it moved to Altantis, then to the Himalayan mountains of India and Tibet, and with every relocation changed our idea of what spiritual means. And gender. And heart. Drunvalo is a real life Indiana Jones on a spiritual mission, with crystals instead of a gun.

“Patients Beyond Borders: Everybody’s Guide to Affordable, World-Class Medical Tourism”, with author Josef Woodman.
Five years ago, Josef Woodman found himself filled with a mixture of bewilderment and fear when he discovered that his father, then age 72, had traveled to Mexico for extensive dental work. Depiste his concerns his father returned, as Josef writes, tanned and smiling, with new pearly whites that would have cost him $24,000 had the work been done in the U.S. Instead he paid around $11,000.
From this experience the seeds of what would become Josef’s book were planted. Years later, needing dental work himself, Josef followed his father’s example, going abroad for his care. Even though he experienced quality care and pricing, he made a number of mistakes that created unnecessary difficulties and discomforts for himself. When he sought further information of medical travel, he found no reliable sources. This was the beginning of “Patients Beyond Borders: Everybody’s Guide to Affordable, World Class Medical Tourism”.
Whether you’re seeking dental work, heart surgery, orthopedics, cosmetic surgery, neurosurgery, or LASIK eye repair, Patients Beyond Borders is your best way to become an informed health traveler. www.patientsbeyondborders.com

The Wellness Roadshow presents:
"The Human Antenna" by Robin Kelly
One of the great mysteries of biology is how the cells in our bodies can act in perfect synchronization. Simply raising your arm requires the coordination of billions of cells. How do so many cells communicate simultaneously and rapidly, to allow the body to act in such exquisite harmony? In The Human Antenna, London-trained physician Dr. Robin Kelly describes the mechanisms by which cells speak to each other. They communicate using electrical fields: our bones and ligaments are in fact semiconductors. This means that they can transmit both energy, like the power cord to your computer, and information, like the cable that goes to the internet. This semiconductive property of cells, first observed by scientists half a century ago, is key to explaining how information can travel from one part of the body to another.
This information exchange can happen as fast as the speed of light. Structures in each of our cells pick up and transmit signals from both inside and outside the body, like tiny antennae. Our DNA molecules themselves are semiconductive, and play a role in the transmission of energetic signals. These structures may also communicate back and forth with the quantum fields of the universe. Our intentions and beliefs are part of this matrix of energetic, quantum and cellular communication. The nature of these signals is interwoven with our health, and Dr. Kelly shows how by altering our thoughts, we can influence the messages that our cells are transmitting in every moment, to connect body to soul, and to coordinate with the intelligent universe in which we live.

"Say Good Bye to Your PDIs (Personality Disordered Individuals): Recognize People Who Make You Miserable and Eliminate Them from Your Life - for Good"
with author Stan Kapunchinski, M.D.
The Caring Person, The Rescuer, The Guilty Person, The Giving Person, The Abused Person, The Insecure Person. If you fall into one (or more) of these categories, chances are you've been the victim of a PDI. You're sick of all the manipulation and the feelings of being trappedÂ-but just don't know how to stop the pattern. Psychiatrist and columnist Stan Kapuchinski explains that some toxic people have what the DSM II calls a personality disorder.
According to most institutions that study personality disorders, personality disordered individuals-PDIs-have a maladaptive and inflexible behavior style that firms up around adolescence and continues through adulthood. While the disorder is certainly deeply rooted, we don't have to take it, and Dr. Kapuchinski, a veteran in the realm of psychiatry, shows you just how to get out of the reach of the PDI's mental agenda and avoid his or her incessant need for adoration, attention, domination, control, avoidance, and dependency.

The Wellness Roadhsow presents
"Forgiveness and Child Abuse: Would You Forgive?" with special guest, Dr. Lois Einhorn
Many of us grapple with the issue of forgiveness whether it's about forgiving an ex-lover's betrayal, a backstabbing co-worker or a gossiping friend, we all face the dilemma of whether to forgive and let go or to hold on to our feelings of anger and resentment, even revenge. Lois Einhorn's tragic yet triumphant story reveals that forgiveness is not only possible, but also necessary. Her survival offers a refreshing perspective on the healing power of forgiveness, even in the most extreme circumstance. Poignant, haunting, gripping and powerful, her book calls for action. It is a tribute to the power of love, and serves as a testimony that even severe pain can be transformed into a gift of love.
Dr. Lois Einhorn suffered unspeakably severe and sadistic child abuse at the hands of both her parents. As part of her healing journey and quest for understanding she shared her story with influential people from a variety of fields, including clergy, politicians, authors, entertainers, doctors, professors, psychologists, and even death-row prisoners. She asked them:
"What would YOU do? You are a child in a family that sadistically abuses. You are forced to torture and destroy. What should you do now as an adult? Do you forgive your parents? HOW do you forgive yourself?"

The Wellness Roadshow presents:
"Love You, Mean It: A True Story of Love, Loss, and Friendship" by Patricia Carrington, Julia Collins, Claudia Gerbasi, Ann Haynes
If you passed us on the way to the restaurant that night, or rubbed shoulders with us at the bar, you probably wouldn't have guessed that we were widows. To the bartender, we must have looked like yet another crew of girlfriends meeting for drinks after work, probably commiserating the latest terrible date, the Mr. Big who didn't call, the guy who stood us up again. We were all in our thirties. We're all successful, independent businesswomen. We looked the part. Even under the circumstances, we pulled off the charade. But if you'd stopped and looked for another moment, you might have also seen us for what we were beyond the outfits we wore and the faces we put on each morning. We were changed. We'd almost forgotten the women we used to be before September 11.
~~~and so began their first meeting - Pattie, Julia, Claudia, and Ann, four women whose husbands worked at the World Trade Center. Before September 11, 2001, they didn't know each other, but in the months following that horrible day they came together, drawn as much by their diverse backgrounds as their shared tragedy. And from that first meeting, these four women formed an unshakable bond beautifully conveyed in LOVE YOU, MEAN IT: A True Story of Love, Loss, and Friendship.
