What is the Purpose of Limitation?
Through limitation, the spirit is able to transmute density into conscious light. This density often takes the form of personal resistance, or fear. Once these fears are transcended, one gains conscious wisdom, for the sake of the entire universe, about life in 3D. While the unconscious person runs away from uncomfortable situations, the advanced soul on some level seeks them out. The spiritual aspirtant is drawn to "good challenges" because they work to advance his or her soul. These are the fiery challenges that, once transcended, move the soul into ecstasy. It if often that transcendental souls take on "resistance" in the form of great responsibility. After they have transmuted the majority of their own personal karma, (or after they have mastered certain areas), they transmute the karma for humanity at large.

Here, we discuss the art of elevating your vibration by the thoughts you think and the words you speak. These things are of overwhelming significance on the spiritual path. What do you think about during the day? The thought stream is often reactionary, however, using your will power to focus on proactive affirmations neutralizes the gray static of the runaway mind. You can master this with monumental effort and determination. Boredom as an Aid on the Spiritual Path:
This world is burgeoning with creative activity. How then does one cultivate an appreciation of peace? In the beginning, as you orient yourself to silence, your mind may experience boredom.
You may have been conditioned to turn away from boredom, but it becomes your friend on the spiritual path. Ennui signifies a longing for the real, true and deep. It often accompanies the desire to break a threshold. It is breaking new ground into a richer existence, a life of quality, where freshness reigns. In meditation, you can become bored with your repetitive thinking. The restless self-referencing in your mind, caught dead in its tracks, begins to dissolve. Boredom is the "noisy calm" before the "silent storm" as you move into surreal, full blown fascination.

The Art of Non Involvement
Do you struggle to walk away from heavy conflict? You can learn to remove conflict from your actions and speech. On a deeper level, you can drop the conflict in your mind. Without conflict, there would be no interesting story; no plot, no entertainment, no defendable position, no you. However, heavy drama neither defines nor creates that which is authentically you. You can learn to drop the drama and embrace ecstatic freedom. This ecstasy contains the phenomenon of the watcher and the dancer. Your body is in surrendered service while the watcher, through layers of fascination and space, watches the body.

By holding some fierce fascination on the subjective untruth of our thoughts, we can watch them carefully, with a grain of salt, and with compassion. You can bring this frequency of fierce fascination to the subjective reality of your identity and thus liberate yourself from repetitive thoughts and feelings. You can proactively choose your own states of consciousness and thus remake yourself. You can bring the frequency of fierce fascination into the sensations of your body, as well as the shapes and designs of the phenomenal world. You can carefully observe your environment like a scientist, and this brings you into the richness of the present moment.

How to Perform A Soul Retrieval on Yourself
In shamanic tradition, trauma causes the abandonment of soul parts. Some heartfelt hope is lost, and an innocent trust is broken. This disillusionment creates a shutting down in the chakras. The trauma may have created a judgment or mental block about that experience. A cynical filter covers the heart and that particular time or event is not yet perceived from a place of objective compassion. You can learn to slow your mind to a delta state, when suppressed memories can safely be dislodged. They come up for review, while you are in a profound state of compassion. To restore the unconditional, loving trust of your soul, perform a retrieval on yourself while meditating. Then, your heart will again flower, this time with deeper understanding, and you will shine in radiant wisdom.

Higher Will as Divine Delight
Does surrendering to Cosmic Law mean we can no longer have fun? Does it mean we have to feel burdened with responsibility? The angels wanted to relay the message that Higher Will is inseparable from pure, refreshing delight. It is this energy which inspires the heart to beat, the organs to work non-stop, or the light worker to surrender to world service. When each individual is connected to Cosmic Law, the highest good naturally flows from the person, and societal law can then loosen its reigns. We discuss other interesting themes relating to Divine Delight, for example, the fear of appearing eccentric. This inhibition must eventually fall away when the soul continues on the spiritual path.

The Higher Will of the Cosmos
Perhaps you are thinking: How can I know the Higher Will of the Cosmos if I still don’t know what to do with my individual life? It is often the case that your life theme and talents are still there, but the zest for living, for expressing and loving those talents, has diminished. Actually, your passion and the Higher Will are inextricably linked. The Higher Will of the Cosmos can be known by holding sacred silence in the body-mind. It can be known by strengthening the will chakra and simultaneously bringing the light of the hierarchy into it. The Higher Will, based on the frequency of fierce fascination, knows exactly what it would enjoy exploring as a next step. It also knows that it wants to involve the love and light frequencies in whatever it does, for the betterment of humanity. The joy of being is the light that illuminates the road below.

This hour is devoted to exploring the theme of love. There is no place where love is not in operation. As the soul matures from infant to ancient, it comes to know greater degrees of love. The spiritual aspirant may have a heart awakening at some point during the course of his or her life. Once deep love is known, not as an emotion but as a force, all else seems like a watered down derivative of this energy.

Placing the High Level Mystic in Today's Society
In many traditions across the globe, the mystic or shaman is revered and given due respect in society, for it is understood that the light they carry benefits everyone. They are provided for and given due compensation. In the modern world, being a contributer on this level is not often valued or seen as "professional" because the yang is emphasized over the yin. The doing side of the polarity, (or passionate creativity), is emphasized over being (or peace). Perhaps it is time to balance this. Children in America who are born with mystical inclinations can be recognized early, just as young avatars are recognized in Indian Culture. Transcendental or old souls who reach this stage in their spiritual journey can dwell in sanctuaries, amidst nature, where their main function is to hold the light. When high frequency bliss energy runs through the body, the mystic's movements are restricted, but everyone around him or her benefits from the energy.

Gratitude
In this show, we discuss methods used to infuse gratitude into your daily mind-stream, as the mental body affects the other subtle bodies. Eiji Han Shimizu is the second generation Korean born and raised in Yokohama, Japan. He co-founded Student Transport Aid with Dan Eldon when he was 19, to deliver humanitarian aids to refugee camps in East Africa. He has traveled to more than 50 countries, and speaks Japanese, English, Spanish and Portuguese. He inspired manga artist Tetsu Saiwai to adapt the life of His Holiness the Dalai Lama into comic book form. His company, Emotional Content, is a network of independent Manga and Anime artists in Japan with the mission to inform, inspire and empower others.
