Featured Album: View from the Parkway
View from the Parkway takes inspiration from the scenic vistas of the Appalachian Mountains. This album makes a perfect third companion gentle enough not to intrude upon the gathering, yet interesting enough to listen to intently during those quiet moments between words. The addition of a few added instruments gives the individual tracks on View from the Parkway depth and character beyond mere piano compositions.

At age 17, Robert Thomas began his musical career, playing covers and original compositions with a popular local rock band located in Florida called Nexus. By the age of 20, Thomas was working as a solo pianist, playing the classic Broadway tunes his father had taught him.
Thomas went to Nashville to be a songwriter. This turned out to be a valuable learning experience that brought him back to Vero Beach to his career as a golf professional. In 1993, Thomas moved to the mountains of North Carolina and, shortly thereafter, he returned to his first love ... the piano.
