“A New Way to Handle Absolutely Everything” with Elese Coit
Have you ever had a conversation and afterwards felt that a weight had lifted from your shoulders as you move forward with a sense of ease and lightness? I want to invite you to experience what it is like to plug back into your own inner resources for creating personal success, well being and the ability to handle anything life throws at you – even the impossible stuff.
Join me live on Friday at 10 am Pacific; 1 pm Eastern as I bring in the world's finest teachers, best-selling authors and the glitterati of the self-development world to delve deep into topics that make a difference in our world – both inner and outer.
I do this show because I think we can learn from great teachers, but I also believe that experience is best when it is your own. I keep the show and the website focused on practices and exercises you can try for yourself. On my site http://elesecoit.com you can search the shows, ideas, tips and practices by topic. I'll seek out as much as I can find that might be of use to you in your growth.
There is no better way to know what works for you than to test it out, and there is no wiser person when it comes to knowing what you need, than you.
ON my site http://elesecoit.com you can search the shows, ideas, tips and practices by topic. If you join my Weekly Uplift, once a week I'll send you program highlights, we'll follow what the guests are doing and where they are speaking, and I'll seek out as much as I can find that might be of use to you in your growth.
