Katana Abbott knows firsthand the powers of an organized financial strategy. Rising from a life of poverty and adversity to one of abundance, Katana built a $100 million investment management business as a Certified Financial Planner. In 2006, at the age of 47, Katana retired financially independent to pursue her dream of creating Smart Women’s Coaching which evolved into the launch of the Smart Women’s Café, the free online global community where women learn, grow and connect. Katana also founded the Smart Women’s Empowerment, a foundation that focused on helping disadvantaged women and girls with financial literacy and entrepreneurship.
