About Marya and Laura

Marya is an experienced Yoga, Fitness and Wellness Educator who helps people find Joy through greater awareness of their body, presence in their mind and small shifts in their habits and beliefs.  She has been teaching and educating others for over 10 years, in addition to starting and running several successful business enterprises, raising a family and writing a book. 
Laura has over 20 years experience in the fitness and wellness industries as an inspiring Life Coach and expert Yoga Educator.  Her genius is in creating programs and classes that inspire others to make profound shifts towards living an extraordinary life.  In addition running  successful Yoga Teacher Training programs and the Awaken to Joy online home study program, she is the founder of the company Musélan and is currently writing several books and launching the Ignite Your Life Coaching program.
