Dr. RavenHawk is founder of Engage Life EAP, Engage Life Success Coaching and Training, MindShift Therapy Wellness Center, The Native Leadership Academy, RavenHawk International and Engage Life Institute a 501c3 organization. She is the creator of MindShift® Therapy, a unique model for personal growth and development. Dr. RavenHawk has been in business for over 27 years.

A Certified Personal Development Master Success Coach, Business Coach, Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist Trainer, Certified Medical Hypnotherapist, Board Certified NLP Practitioner and Metaphysician.  She is also an Ordained Minister of the ULC Sacred Hoop Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma and holds a Ph.D. in religious studies and metaphysics. She has spent many years interviewing and learning from Tribal Elders, Healers and Spiritual Teachers. She also teaches Zen meditation, Drum meditation and Qi-Gong. Majick teaches clients how to remove the destructive neural pathways that have held them back from achieving success in life and build new and positive neural pathways that will allow them to succeed in life.

Dr. RavenHawk has lectured at various universities around the country on Native Studies, Business Entrepreneurship and Spiritual Issues. She has conducted workshops and presented on MindShift and how to create new neural pathways to achieve success in all areas of your life.  She is an author and has been published in various business and spiritual magazines. Her new book "Sold, A Black Market Baby's Survival and Journey Into Awareness", is scheduled for print in the summer of 2010.  The book is a journey of her life into the dark abyss of abuse by the mother who purchased her on the black market and the awakening that occurred later in her life.  This awareness allowed her to dissolve the destructive neural pathways in her brain and develop new and stronger success habits that propelled her to success in her current life.
